Access control systems represent the form of protection mostly used in complex objects where there is need for following of personnel's motion, and limitation of that motion to the certain zones, depending on access authority. These are mainly military objects or objects with risky production or research programs. In this kind of system there has to be an element on personal identification (card, badge or some personal trait like fingerprint, voice, iris or similar), devices for receiving the information from that element and control of passing by (opening the door, gate) and central device.
